Our Story – Brand Straight From Yaad Inc.
When the pandemic hit, my cleaning business was forced to close. Faced with uncertainty, I leaned into my love for cooking and started a small catering service. But while preparing meals, I kept thinking—this just doesn't taste like real Jamaican food. Something was missing.
Determined to bring that authentic flavor back, I sent to Jamaica for traditional seasonings. The taste brought me straight back to the island—and I knew others would love it too. With extra seasoning on hand, I started packaging it into small portions and selling it. The response was incredible, and just like that, Brand Straight From Yaad Inc. was born.
